House rules
We kindly ask our guests to take care of the furnishing of their flats. Any damage is at the expense of the tenant.

All flats are non-smoking flats.

The night's rest must be respected:

Bathing is not allowed after 22.00 hrs.
Loud conversation in the staircase and in the flats is prohibited.
Radio and television are to be set to room volume.
Also please:
Do not wear ski boots in the staircase and in the flats.
Do not leave skis, sledges or bicycles at the entrance of the house. We are not liable for theft.
For organisational reasons we will come by on the Thursday evening before your departure between 18.00 and 19.00 for the final settlement.

On the day of departure, the flat must be kept free from 9.30 a.m., as we have to clean it again for arriving guests.
